Sponsorship - we do our best to keep costs to a minimum. However, there are a lot of expenses we incur and we seek sponsorship donations to help with those costs.

Examples of where cash donations will be needed: Kid's Korner, Friday night entertainment, pancake breakfast and all our setup costs to turn the drill hall into magic!

Manpower - we are always looking for helping hands for set-up and take-down. If you can supply any help, we would appreciate it. Call us!

Door prizes, raffle items and silent auction items - we need items as door prizes and for the silent auction and raffle.
